Clinical Observation Of Improved Qianghuoshengshi Decoction In The Treatment Of Cold-Dampness Lumbar Disc Herniation

Purpose:The purpose of this research project is to explore the efficacy of the QiangHuoShengShi decoction in the treatment of cold-dampness Lumbar disc herniation,it explore the feasibility of the program and Provide scientific theoretical support and basis for clinical promotion and application.Methods: It collected 60 cases from outpatients which were diagnosed as cold-dampness Lumbar disc herniation from December 2017 to December2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine.According to the access number using random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given QiangHuoShengShi decoction,the treatment lasted for two weeks;The control group was taken Guli capsule,the treatment lasted for two weeks.By observing the general situation of the two groups,the changes of VAS score,JOAscore,Judgment of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment of two groups,we performed Statistical analysis on the clinical data of two groups.Result:1.60 cases were planed and 58 cases were observed in actual.Two cases were lost.2.Comparisons of the two groups of observation indicators(VAS score,JOAscore)before and after treatment has the remarkable statistical significance(p<0.05).Comparison between the two groups of observation indicators(VAS score,JOAscore)after treatment has the remarkable statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion :Comparisons of the two groups of observation indicators in VAS score,JOAscore Judgment of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment has the remarkable statistical significance(p<0.05).It is indicated that both Qianghuoshengshi Decoction and Gu Li Capsule has different effects on the treatment of cold-dampness Lumbar disc herniation in relievingpain and symptoms.Comparison between the two groups of observation indicators in VAS score,JOAscore Judgment of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment has the remarkable statistical significance(p<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group is better than the control group,It is indicated that Qianghuoshengshi Decoction is superior to Gu Li capsule in treating cold-dampness Lumbar disc herniation in relieving pain and symptoms.Qianghuoshengshi Decoction is effective in treating cold and lumbar lumbar disc herniation and deserves further research and promotion.
