Design And Implementation Of HIS For The Hospital's Whole-process Management

With China's health care system reform advancement, medical information system as a tool that improve hospital management, improve work efficiency and hospital service level has been widely used. A good hospital information system has inestimable significance in which part hospital can standardize the hospital management, accelerate medical treatment, medical treatment process, follow-up observations of medical effects and summarizes the medical experience. HIS has become an indispensable part of the medical unit, it can provide users with adequate information and fast search tool, greatly increasing the level and quality of hospital management.However, the practical application of HIS, there are also many problems, such as medical management system co-ordination between the various subsystems are not unified, does not meet the entire management process, uneven level of the operator and so on. In many of these problems affected the degree of medical management system to play its proper and efficient performance.This paper is about the design and implementation of HIS for the whole-process management. The HIS's design thought, system function and characteristic, systems implementation period and system operating during the deployment has been analysed and discussed. Detailed introduction inside each functional son system module and data backup storage strategy during operation, summarizes the system appears function module and the working process integration of experience. It is hoped that the whole-process management HIS can achieve the purpose that the HIS can serve hospitals and patients efficiently.
