Design And Implementation Of Archival Management System Of Dazhou Central Hospital

With the development of computer network technology and its wide application,informatization has gradually become a development trend in all walks of life.Especially in the hospital's file management,informationization is conducive to improving management efficiency and saving management costs.At the same time,it avoids the shortcomings of traditional file management that cannot be remotely queried and accessed,and is of great significance in improving the comprehensive management level of hospitals.Domestic and foreign scholars unanimously believe that the construction of hospital archives information management is more and more important,and it also puts forward higher requirements.However,most of the current domestic hospital archives management information systems are based on the improvement of other corporate platforms.There are very few functional modules that are developed specifically for the actual needs of hospitals and are not convenient in the actual application process.Some frontier researches are mostly focused on related concepts,problem solving or technical models,and there are few targeted research methods and processes.Based on this background,this paper introduces the process of developing hospital archive management information system using the current mainstream B/S structure,PHP web programming language and MySQL database management system under OA platform.Firstly,a targeted survey was conducted on the hospital to complete the analysis of requirements.Second,on this basis,the functional modules were designed and the system was developed.Finally,the evaluation methods of the system and the key points for system improvement were introduced.This article refers to the current mainstream platform architecture for functional module design,and at the same time combined with demand analysis reports for autonomous system development,which can greatly improve system operating efficiency and reduce system management costs.The systematic development results of this article will not only help improve the information management level of our hospital,enhance the comprehensive management ability,but also provide reference for similar projects of other peers,which has strong theoretical and practical significance.
