Based On The Financial Management Perspective, M Hospital HRP System Application Program Design

With the further deepening of medical reformation,the informatization of hospitals has become an important tool of medical system reform in China.An advanced resource management system is the guarantee of the effective running of a hospital ‘s management.Financial management is the core of a hospital's management,and a hospital's sustainable development needs effective data,performance improvement and the role of supervision and administration.The resource management system of a hospital is not only a part of medical practice optimization,it also can improve the office management of a hospital,especially in terms of financial management.The M hospital,a public general hospital,is gradually consolidating the data from core financial,budget planning,supplies,cost and performance management through the HRP system under the opportunity of medical reform in China.The goal is to set up an integrative,overall,intelligentized,collectivized,and platform oriented operating and management system.At present,the formalization of a hospital in China mostly is applied to clinical practices,and it didn't realize a technology platform of the information system when it comes to the financial management.Therefore,it can lead to a half-baked system for financial management,incomplete material management,and a vacancy in assets management etc.My paper has adopted the way of applied project design,and taken the M hospital as my research object and I have also conducted my research in the light of comprehensive planning,top level design,strategic recombination to build a hospital's resource management with a vision of financial management,and to make hospital a indemnificatory facility of functional and effective,assets and material management,business process optimization and the realization of rational allocation of resources.In the meantime,on the basis of the research of the problems that exit in a hospital's financial management system,I also conducted a applied project design on a hospital's related process of financial management.I've come up with the effective terms for the running and preparatory measures of HRP system,which is to apply the platform oriented approach to realize the visualization of the basal financial management,the scientization of budgets,cost,and performance,and the intelligentization of comprehensive analysis evaluation.Therefore,My paper is referenced to the implementation of HRP system in the hospitals across the country.
