Objective:Based on years of experience that my tutor has gained in treating headache (the type of Fenghuo-phlegm-stasis) to observe the therapeutic effect of JieYuQingXin decoction on the patients suffering from headache and explore the mechanism, so as to find new ideas and effective prescriptions.Methods:In this thesis,56 patients with headache were randomly divided into the treatment group(JieYuQingXin decoction-group,28 cases)and the control group(Tianshu capsules-group,28 cases).Both were treated for 4 weeks,3 months later makes a follow-up visit.Then being compared with their Symptoms,physical signs and PSQI before treatment, treatment for 2 weeks, for 4 weeks and 3 months after the follow-up. And compared their cerebral TCD index before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the statistic analysis revealed that the treatment group display total effective 92.86%, while the control group display total effective 82.14%.Comparing the two groups, there is a significant difference (P<0.05). In improving symptoms and sleep, the treatment group is also better than the control group(P<0.05).And the JieYuQingXin decoction can effectively improve the average flow velocity and PI index of cerebral TCD. With a follow-up after three months, it is found that the treatment group's total effective ratio and integrals of symptoms, PSQI sleep index is better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion JieYuQingXin decoction can effectively reduce the extent of headache, shortening headache duration, reduce the frequency, and can improve sleep disorders cerebral TCD index, and the long-term curative effects is good. Our method is a reliable, valid prescription for headache.
