| Objective: This study aims to further verify the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaigao Zhitong Decoction in patients with tension-type headache(Qi and Heat stagnation type).And analyze the pathogenesis of this disease and the efficacy characteristics of this decoction,so as to provide the clinical treatment of the disease more safe and effective prescription to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods: 60 cases of selected patients who met the inclusion criteria and were excluded from the standard were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Chaigao Zhitong Decoction,the control group was given Tianshu capsule.3 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 1 courses of treatment observed in the course of treatment.Before and after the treatment by headache symptom score chart recorded the number of headache,the severity degree and duration of headache at each episode and calculated its headache index by using the method of quantitative scoring;Cumulating scores of each syndrome by TCM syndrome integral scale.Last we used SPSS20.0 software to analyze the above data,and compared the improvement of headache index and TCM syndromes score before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical curative effect effectively.And to evaluate the safety of the two groups,we observed the safety indicators and whether the adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results:(1)Comparison of baseline data: There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of sex,age,course of disease,headache index score,TCM syndrome score,etc.(P>0.05),comparable.(2)Comparison of the total curative effect of headache disease: 5 cases of the treatment group were cured,12 cases markedly effective,10 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 90%;control group 2 cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,16 cases effective,6 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 80%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the total curative effect of treatment of tension-type headache(Qi and Heat stagnation type)with Chaigao Zhitong Decoction was more obvious.(3)Comparison of the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome: 0 cases of the treatment group was cured,14 cases markedly effective,14 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 93.33%;control group 0 cases was cured,3 cases markedly effective,20 cases effective,7 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 76.67%.The two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).The results showed that the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome of treatment of tension-type headache(Qi and Heat stagnation type)with Chaigao Zhitong Decoction was more obvious.(4)Comparison of the headache index score: the two groups after treatment compared with before each treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups after treatment of headache index score compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the two groups had significant effect on improving the symptoms of headache(reducing the number of headache attacks,reducing the severity degree of headache,shortening the duration of headache),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(5)Comparison of the TCM syndrome score: the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral compared with before treatment respective,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the two groups in the improvement of TCM syndrome had obvious effect,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(6)Safety comparison: there were no abnormal changes in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver and renal function and ECG before and after treatment in the two groups.There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment,and the safety of the two groups was good.Conclusion: 1.Chaigao Zhitong Decoction has obvious curative effect on tension-type headache(Qi and Heat stagnation type)patients.It was an effective prescription for the treatment of tension-type headache(Qi and Heat stagnation type).2.Chaigao Zhitong Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with tension-type headache(reduce the number of headache attacks,reduce the severity degree of headache and shorten the duration of headache),and can also significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients,more obvious on overall curative effect of the patients.3.Chaigao Zhitong Decoction had no clinical adverse reactions and safety in medication. |
