| Objective:Observation of Jiawei Xiaoying Decoction in Treating Hashimoto's Thyroiditis with Phlegm and Blood Stasis by Research and its effect on IFN-?.Methods:Sixty patients who were diagnosed as Hashimoto's thyroiditis with phlegm and blood stasis type in the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to random table30 cases in each group and control group.All patients were treated with basic treatment of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine;patients in the control group were treated with selenium yeast tablets;patients in the treatment group were treated with Jiaweixiaoying decoction for 3 months.During the period,symptom evaluation and physical examination were performed every 4 weeks,and the changes in thyroid volume and size,thyroid tissue hardness score,TCM syndrome score changes,thyroid autoantibodies TPOAb,TGAb levels and IFN-? content changes in the two groups of patients before and after treatment,And through statistical analysis,calculate the clinical efficacy evaluation.Result:1.Comparison of thyroid volume between two groups of the patientsThe thyroid volume with cure group was significantly reduced after treatment compared with that before,and it has a significant statistic difference(P<0.01).while the controlled group of the thyroid volume was smaller than before,also has a significant statistic difference(P<0.05).compared mutually,thyroid volume decreased more apparently.(P<0.05)2.Comparison of thyroid hardness between two groups of the patientsThe hardness of thyroid gland between two groups of the patients both decreased varying in degrees after the treatment,and compared with the other groups,the hardness of thyroid obviously decreased more in the treatment group with the significant statistic difference(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy bet ween two groups of the patientsThe curative effect of TCM syndrome was 90.00% after the medical effects,which was better than that of the control group with 63.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM single symptom scores between the two groups of the patientsAfter treatment,the scores of single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine went down compared with before state,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).while in the control group,there was no significant improvement except for the scores of agitation and insomnia,(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the treatment group was more significant with the statistical difference(P<0.05).5.Comparison of thyroid autoantibody(TPOAb,TGAb)levels between the two groupsIt showed that the decrease of thyroid autoantibody level,both TPOAb and TGAb,was more significant in the treatment group compared in the two groups,(P<0.05)and there was no significance of statistical difference in the control group.(P>0.05),while the comparison of two groups shows indicated that the curation group's thyroid autoantibody level decreased more apparently.(P<0.05)6.Comparison of cytokines IFN-?The curational patients' IFN-? level both in the group and between the group decreased significantly also with an obvious difference after the treatment,the significantly statistic difference was(P<0.05),the control group has no significantly statistic difference.(P>0.05)Conclusion:1.Jiaweixiaoying decoction can significantly reduce the volume of thyroid and reduce the thyroid hardness level in patients with HT.2.Jiawei Xiaoying Decoction can reduce the TCM syndrome score of HT patients.3.Jiawei Xiaoying Decoction can improve single symptoms of TCM such as goiter and swelling in front of the neck.4.Jiawei Xiaoying Decoction can reduce the levels of TPOAb and TGAb in HT patients.5.Jiawei Xiaoying Decoction can reduce the level of IFN-? in HT patients. |
