Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of She Medicine Internal And External Therapy On Phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome Hypertension With Headache

Objective To observe the clinical effect of She medicine prescription combined with She medical rub therapy on treating hypertensive headache of Phlegm-Blood Stasis.Methods A total of 90 hypertensive patients with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome and headache were selected and randomly divided into three groups,that were control group,internal treatment group and combined treatment group.Control group:Treated with western medicine valsartan amlodipine tablets.Internal treatment group:Treated with western medicine unite for Huoxue Tongmai Recipe.Combined treatment group:Treated with western medicine unite for Huoxue Tongmai Recipe with rubbing therapy.All the three groups were treated for 8 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,24h SBP,24h DBP,headache score and vascular endothelial function were observed before and after treatment.Results Comparison of the TCM syndrome score:There was no significant difference in the TCM score before treatment among the three groups（P>0.05）.After treatment,the scores of the combined treatment group,the internal treatment control group and control group are（11.33±2.78）,（14.87±4.26）and（21.37±5.20）.The combined treatment group had the best improvement with statistical difference（P<0.05）.Comparison of antihypertensive effect:There was no significant difference in blood pressure before treatment among the three groups（P>0.05）.After treatment,the 24hSBP of the combined treatment group,the internal treatment control group and control group are（124.07±10.55）,（134.20±6.51）,（139.00±5.99）mmHg,24hDBP are（73.23±5.33）,（78.47±7.42）,（83.40±7.60）mmHg.The combined treatment group had the best antihypertensive effect,and the difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）.Comparison of headache score:The headache symptoms of the three groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.And after treatment,the headache scores of the combined treatment group,the internal treatment control group and control group are（4.40±1.75）,（7.40±1.92）and（10.87±2.08）.Compared with those before treatment,and the headache scores of the combined treatment group decreased better than internal treatment and control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）.The NO level of the combined treatment group and the internal treatment group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the ET-1 level of the combined treatment group after treatment（87.52±5.79）was significantly lower than that of the internal treatment group（96.12±13.76）and the control group（107.08± 12.40）pg/mL,and the difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）.During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the internal treatment group was low,and the symptoms were mild,without other complications.It had little effect on the results of this study,and the symptoms were relieved in a short time,suggesting that the safety and performance of Huoxue Tongmai Recipe and rubbing therapy were better.Conclusion She medicine prescription Huoxue Tongmai Recipe and rubbing therapy have a significant effect on hypertensive patients with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome and headache,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of blood pressure,reduce the frequency and duration of headache attacks,improve the intensity of headache,have a certain therapeutic effect on hypertension,and can improve vascular endothelial function to a certain extent while lowering blood pressure,and the combined treatment group is superior to the internal treatment group.Huoxue Tongmai Recipe and rubbing therapy have less adverse reactions and high safety in the treatment of hypertensive patients with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome and headache,which is worthy of clinical.
