Clinical Research And Effect On Levels Of IL-4, IL-5 And IL-10 Of The Therapy Of The United Chinese Traditional Medicine With Steroid-resistant Asthma

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the United traditional Chinese medicine on the steroid-resistant (SR) asthma and levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4),interleukin-5 (IL-5) and interleukin-10 (IL-10)Methods:sixty patients with SR asthma were randomly divided into three groups of 20 people each,including United traditional Chinese medicine(traditional Chinese medicine+cupping+Acupunture+Point Application)group, traditional Chinese medicine with Bricany group, Bricany group.Treatment for 18 days. Preparation of serum before and after treatment and the expressions of IL-4, IL-5 and IL-10 mRNA were determined by enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay ELISA.Examine the pulmonary function pre-and-post medicine in each group. SPSS16.0 software is available for all experimental data statistics.Result:Observation shows that clinical efficacy was significantly different. The United traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the other two groups(P<0.05), traditional Chinese medicine with Bricany group was better than Bricany group(P<0.05). All the three groups can improve the pulmonary function. The United traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the other two groups(P<0.05),traditional Chinese medicine with Bricany group was better than Bricany group(P<0.05).The result showed that the levels of IL-4, IL-5 and IL-10 was influenced pre-and-post medicine. The expressions of IL-4 and IL-5 significantly reduced, and IL-10 significantly increased,respectively (P<0.05). Three therapy methods can decent the reaction of conduction. The United traditional Chinese medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine with Bricany group had no significant difference for levels of the IL-4 (P>0.05), but they were superior to Bricany group (P<0.05).For the influence of the levels of IL-5 and IL-10, there was obvious different after cured between those three groups. the United traditional Chinese medicine group is significantly superior to that of the other two groups (P<0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine with Bricany group is better than that of Bricany group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The United traditional Chinese medicine can slow down the high reaction of spirit way of pations.It can improve the pulmonary function of SR asthma pations. By lowering the level of IL-4 and IL-5, increasing IL-10 levels,and thus alleviate the airway inflammation, we can produce a high level of regulation of inflammatory factors in the overall links, effectively improve the patient's condition of SR acute exacerbation of asthma treatment.
