Literature Research On The Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Childhood Asthma

Purpose:Through sorting out the clinical treatment literature of asthma in children for nearly 30 years and the experience of famous old Chinese medicine,using the method of data mining,this paper finds out the combination and prescription of common drugs in the treatment of asthma in children,and provides a new clinical treatment idea.Material and methods:Search Wanfang database,Weipu database,Chinese journal full-text database,consult and screen the literature about pediatric asthma.The key words of the intervention were "traditional Chinese medicine" and "traditional Chinese medicine ",excluding " cough variant asthma "," application "," needle " and " acupoint ".The retrieval time was from January 1987 to December 2019.The retrieval expressions are as follows:TKA=(asthma OR TKATKA= asthma)AND(TKA= children OR TKATKA=children)(traditional Chinese medicine)NOT(TKA= variant asthma)(variant asthma)(application)(TKA= acupuncture OR TKATKA= point).Browse the retrieval results,after two screening,find out the documents that meet the requirements,use the Excel to sum up into a database,use Pivot Table function to analyze the frequency of related attributes,draw the conclusion of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine,use IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0to cluster analysis,Use IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 to analyze association rules and get corresponding Alba,Dilong,Bombyx bassiana.C4 : Pinellia ternata,Qianhu,mulberry peel,perilla,Aster,mustard,bitter almond,winter flower,Platycodon grandiflorum,Fritillaria thunbergii,Fritillaria thunbergii,clam shell,Trichosanthes,Raphani seed,white fruit.C5: gypsum,honeysuckle,forsythia,shot dry,baicalin,houttuynia,cicada slough.The results of cluster analysis were divided into 7 groups.C1: jade bamboo,north ginseng,Ophiopogon japonicus,Fritillaria thunbergii C2: malt,chicken gold,Hawthorn,Raphani seed.C3 : Radix Pseudostellariae,Codonopsis,yam,licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,White lentils,Astragalus,Poria cocos.C4 : oyster,keel,psoralen,dodder,cooked Rehmannia glutinosa,Ligustrum lucidum,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Cornus officinalis.C5: angelica sinensis,salvia miltiorrhiza,peach kernel.C6: Guizhi,Magnolia,Ephedra,Perilla,mustard,Aster,winter flowers,bitter almond,Platycodon grandiflorum,Pinellia ternata,Chen Pei,Fangfeng,Atractylodes.C7: dragon,silkworm,schisandra.4.Intermittent association rule analysis,With 125 results,Among them,Six rules of association,Three association rules,40,Four association rules 58,Five rules of elevations(gains)>1,Positive correlation.The following drugs can be concluded: astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Fangfeng,Pinellia ternata-Chen Pei-Fengfeng.Conclusion:1.according to the results of each analysis,we can know that the asthma drugs in the development period are composed of phlegm,cough,asthma,antiasthmatic,antipyretic,clearing heat and tonifying deficiency.The main drugs are ephedra,the most commonly used drugs are symplectic and bitter,the most commonly used drugs are warm drugs,and the most commonly used drugs are lung meridian,supplemented by spleen and stomach meridian.In the remission period,the main drugs are astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,the most commonly used medicine is Ganwei,the most commonly used medicine is warm medicine,the most commonly used medicine is spleen meridian,lung meridian,supplemented by stomach meridian,kidney meridian,liver meridian,heart meridian.2.Treatment of children asthma,attack should be mainly antiasthmatic and phlegm,heat,cold medicine,blood stasis medicine for each syndrome type,asthenia asthma should be taken into account,children often have more than the liver,so for some children,can be supplemented with anti-hepatic wind medicine treatment.In the remission period,the medicine is used to supplement the deficiency medicine and the phlegm medicine to treat its original,and the other kinds of drugs should be added according to the pathological factors of each syndrome type.3.According to the results of the analysis of the main composition of traditional Chinese medicine,are the main components of ancient classical prescriptions,the main representative prescriptions are Xiao Qinglong decoction,Ma Xing Shigan decoction,ginseng Schisandra decoction,Huagai San,Shenling Atractylodes Powder,Erchen decoction and other prescriptions.The common prescriptions in ancient times are closely related to clinical medication.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,they are closely related to the syndrome differentiation and classification of asthma in children,and provide a combination of ancient prescriptions and common drugs.
