Retrospective Study On The Necrotizing Fasciitis By Plus Or Minus Oral Administration

Objective:Through this research,Adopt the method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.To improve the clinical effect of perianal necrotizing fasciitis.To shoten the priod of treatment.Alleviate the pain of patients,save economic costs.Method:Retrospective study was conducted,The period from October 2014 to October 2018 is selected.Thirty-two cases of necrotizing fasciitis were treated in the department of proctology of jiangxi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.All the selected patients met the requirements of this study,Divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.There were 16 cases in each group.Two groups of patients received surgical debridement after admission.After dedridement,the treatment group was treated with Xianfang huo ming yin plus or minus oral therapy,the control group did not take the prescription.The clinical efficacy of this study was evaluated by comparing the total clinical efficacy of two groups;white blood cells,neutrophils,and C-reactive protein decreased on the third,fifth seventh days after surgery;the growth of granulation tissue on the wound;the wound healing time;and the secondary infection on the wound after the operation.Result : Total clinical efficacy : After statistical analysis,the total clinical efficacy of the two groups was not statistically significant,Namely,P>0.05;The rate of leuckocyte decline,neutrophil decline and c-reactive protein decline on the third,fifth seventh days after surgery : the difference was statistically significant after analysis;Wound healing time : statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Postoperative wound seepage,secondary infection and granulation tissue growth at different time points were statistically analyzed and showed statistically significant difference.
