Objective:To observe the effect of modified Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin of chronic prostatitis of blood stasis and the clinical observation.Methods:The 64 patients with chronic prostatitis of blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group of modified Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin,34patients and 30 patients in control group of the forefront of filmsaver.there was no obvious difference in age,illness course and severity degree between the two group (p>0.05).The treatment group received oral medicine Modified Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin 1 bag per 100 ml, twice daily.The control group received oral saver tablets (letter Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Shandong Lu, Zhunzi B20020221), a 6,3 times a day.l month for a course of treatment before and after the observation of the symptoms, signs and the NIH-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (NIH-CPSI) and prostatic massage fluid (EPS) changes in routine.Results:The treatment group and control group observations, the two groups after treatment significantly improved signs and symptoms, symptom index (NIH-CPSI) was significantly lower, EPS decrease in the number of leukocytes. Statistical analysis points before treatment was no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable. After treatment, CPSI points lower than before treatment,significant difference (p<0.01). Between the two groups, two groups of observations are significantly different (P<0.05), shows efficacy of the treatment group than the control group, particularly the pain symptom scores between treatment group and control group was significant (P<0.01), that the treatment group pain symptoms significantly better than the control group.Conclusions:Treatment group has specific effect in treating chronic prostateitis of blood stasis, especially for the efficacy of pain better than the control group.
