| Objective: Through the systematic,rigorous clinical observation and research,aims at discussion on the clinical efficacy of using Chinese decoction Endometriosis No.1 Prescription for treatment endometriosis patients from TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) aspects,hope to become the more effective treatments,and through this study to master the basic procedure and methods in clinical research.Method: Choose 61 cases conforming endometriosis patients,and randomly divide into two groups in sequence.Treatment group was given Endometriosis No.1 Prescription,and control group was given Danazol.Compared statistics in improvement of symptoms and signs, as well as the peripheral serum CA125 indexes changes before and after the treatment.Result: Using Danazo for treatment endometriosis patients can obviously improve the patients' dysmenorrhea, the dysmenorrhea score comes down from 11.47±1.54 to 10.62±1.32(P<0.05).It can also reduce the patients' maximum sectional area of pelvic masses from 11.98±3.51 to 8.01±2.33 (P<0.05),In addition,the function of reducing the peripheral serum CA125 is slso obvious,the score goes from 41.80±4.33 to35.83±2.42 (P<0.05).Using Endometriosis No.1 Prescription for treatment endometriosis has the similar fuction with danazo in these effects. Comparing with untreatment the dysmenorrhea score comes down from 11.06±1.61 to 10.07±1.17(p<0.05).It can also reduce the patients' maximum sectional area of pelvic masses from 12.11±2.54 to 8.55±3.01(P<0.05),In addition,the function of reducing the peripheral serum CA125 is slso obvious,the score goes from 40.65±3.40 to34.97±3.64 (P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical research using TCM of Endometriosis No.1 Prescription for treatment endometriosis patients obviously improve the patient's symptoms and signs,get exact effect. And because the NO.1 Prescription is simple,feasible and with economic efficacy,and without observed adverse effect, so it has a broad prospect in the treatment of patients with endometriosis.
