Clinical Study On Treatment Of Endometriosis With Inadequate Antheatosis With Chinese Herbal Medicine

Objective:Treatment of endometriosis with infertility of corpus luteum by traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy.To observe the clinical symptoms of the patients after treatment,the level of hormone in the luteal phase and other objective indicators to improve the situation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease may be the mechanism of action for further experimental study to provide ideas.Methods:Selection of March 2016-February 2017 treatment in Jiangsu Province Hospital of gynecology and reproductive department of 60 cases of endometriosis with luteal insufficiency infertility patients.Were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 30 cases.Observation group oral Chinese medicine,to a menstrual cycle as a unit,followed by oral Bushen Huoxue side,Bushen promote row side,Bushen to help people.Control group oral proprietary Chinese medicine,also to a menstrual cycle as a unit,followed by oral Guizhi Fuling capsule,right Gui capsule.3 menstrual cycle for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses.The clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms,CA125 level,the maximum follicular diameter and endometrial thickness,the changes of serum E2 and P on the 7th day after ovulation were observed,and then compared.Results:In this study,60 cases of endometriosis with luteal insufficiency infertility patients after treatment,clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms,ovulation day maximum follicular diameter and endometrial thickness,ovulation after 7th day serum hormone levels.The overall effective rate was 93.3%and the pregnancy rate was 26.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Chinese medicine cycle therapy can improve endometriosis with corpus luteum insufficiency in patients with follicular development,improve the function of the endometrium and luteal phase hormone levels,improve clinical pregnancy rate.Chinese medicine group is superior to the control group,indicating that traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy is the treatment of endometriosis with corpus luteum deficiency infertility effective method.
