Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Endometriosis Ssociated Infertility On The Clinical Research

Objective:This research is to explore the traditional Chinese medicine for treating endometriosis associated infertility feasibility and clinical advantages,and to seeking for the best formulaes that are efficacy,stability and adverse reaction by observing the Chinese medicine treatment of endometriosis associated infertility patients with clinical efficacy.Methods:This research contains two parts, The first clinical research collect in January2010to January201260cases of endometriosis associated with infertility patients,then treat with the activating blood and reinforcing kidney cycle method for three menstrual cycles.After medication discontinuation observe the pregnancy, clinical symptoms, TCM symptom score and the score of HAM A scale etal. Every three menstrual cycles (menstruation is not law every3months) patients were followed up for one time after medication discontinuation and were learned pregnancy and pregnancy outcome. All patients were followed up for time is1years.The second clinical research belongs to prospective, randomized controlled clinical research methods. Collect in April2008to February201033cases of first open or laparoscopic surgery conservative pathologically after pelvic cavity of endometriosis associated with infertility patients with complete clinical material, divided into research group and control group,16cases of research group,17cases of control group.The research group uses the traditional Chinese medicine for three menstrual cycles and the control group uses gonadotropins agonists (GnRH-a) drugs. Both groups in medication during and after discontinuation of every three menstrual cycles (menstruation is not law or the amenorrhoea every3months) patients were followed up for one timeand follow-up period compares with two groups of patients, pregnancy and pregnancy outcome. All the followed up for time is2years.Results:The first clinical research results as follows. The observed EM infertility patients in medication during and after discontinuation1year pregnancy rate is40%and pregnancy rate is high in medication during up to14.5%:The pregnancy time of pregnancy patients is6.86months on average after treatment.TCM symptom score and menstruation score there are statistically significant difference pre and post treatment(P<0.05); The observed patients85.5%exist state of anxiety and give priority to with psychogenic anxiety; The score of HAMA scale there is a statistically significant difference pre and post treatment(P<0.05); dysmenorrheal symptom score. dysmenorrheal VAS score and dysmenorrheal duration time are statistically significant difference pre and post treatment(P<0.05).The second clinical research results as follows. Two groups of EM infertility patients after one and two years of conservative pregnancy rates there were statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The research group pregnancy time is7.23months on average after postoperative,and the control group pregnancy time is11.86months on average; The two groups postoperative6months in pregnancy rate is high,and pregnancies are28to34in the majority, the control group34to40did not find pregnancies;The two groups do laparoscopic surgery and open surgery pregnancy rate there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); The pregnancy rate in the two groups that do laparoscopic surgery there is a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The observation group1, Ⅱ period and Ⅲ, Ⅳ stage pregnancy rate there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), and the control group Ⅰ, Ⅱ period and Ⅲ, Ⅳ stage pregnancy rate there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); The two groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ period pregnancy rate there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05); The two groupsⅢ, Ⅳ stage pregnancy rate there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine not only raises pregnancy rate of endometriosis associated with infertility patients but also improves state of anxiety and dysmenorrheal symptom.This displays traditional Chinese medicine has an advantage of treating endometriosis associated with infertility and deserve the clinical expansion.
