Objective:Retrospectively analyzing the causes of CP, and the clinical feature and the diagnosis and the treatments of CP in recently 10 years of our hospital. To discuss the different causes of CP, the diagnosis of CP and the treatments of CP, in order to supply advice for the treatments of CP in our hospital in the further.Methods:To analyze the clinical data of the 101 CP cases diagnosed by clinical or Pathology, which from the NO.1 hospital of Jilin University from January 2000 to January 2010. To compile statistics the causes of the disease, the clinical manifestations, the imaging texts, the Pathologic classifications and the treatments. Finding out the proportion of the causes of the disease, the clinical manifestations, the complications, the imaging texts and the therapy by the data type.Results:The Chronic alcoholic poisoning was the primary cause of the disease in these cases, which making up of 40.6%, the secondary was biliary duct factor, which making up of 27.7%. The proportion of the CP caused by chronic alcoholic Poisoning was obviously more than the CP caused by the biliary duct factor (P<0.05). And other causes of disease included the disease after acute pancreatitis (12.9%), idiopathic CP(8.9%), hyperlipemia (5.9%), CP after the trauma or the operations of Pancreas (2.0%).The main clinical manifestation was abdominal pain and there was 81 patients (80.2%), 12 patients (11.9%) with referred pain, and 21 patients(20.8%) suffered from nausea, 11 patients(10.9%) suffered from omitting, in the 101 cases the blood sugar raised had 31 patients(30.7%), 12 patients were diabetes. The serum amylase raised had 30 patients (29.7%), the amylase in urine raised had 48 patients (47.5%), but few patients with tumor markers raised.The imaging text in the 101 cases mainly were B-us, CT, and ERCP/MRCP, and 69 of them used B-us, in which the positive cases was 42(60.9%), 73 of them used CT, in which the positive cases was 59 (80.8%), 11 of them used ERCP/MRCP, in which the positive cases was 49 (81.8%). The positive rate of CT was obviously higher than the B-us (P<0.05), the positive rate of ERCP/ MRCP was higher than the B-us, but had no significant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionIn our hospital, the major cause of CP is chronic alcoholic poisoning, and the secondary cause is biliary duct factor, The CP caused by chronic alcoholism were obviously more than the CP caused by biliary duct factor.B-us and CT were the main imaging text in the diagnosis of the chronic pancreatitis. The positive rate of CT was obviously higher than the B-us.The surgical treatment indications of the chronic pancreatitis was mainly abdominal mass and abdominal pain. We should choose individualized surgical treatment for the Patients, and the major surgery was the pancreatic duct decompress drainage.
