This article retrospectively analyze 135 cases in which thepatients are in chronic pancreatitis. The diagnosis of chronicpancreatitis refer to the diagnostic criterion of chronic pancreatitismade in Guilin Meeting held in 1987.135 patients with chronicpancreatitis are grouped in alcoholic induced ,biliary induced andother causes based on related factors. Meanwhile 60 healthy adultsare selected as controls. The results show that in pathogenyconstitution rate the alcoholic factor exceeds biliary factor. Thedifference is more obvious while it is compared with year duration.Other causes of chronic pancreatitis are considered to related toautoimmunity, heredity and idiopathic. In clinical manifestations andcomplications, abdominal pain and diarrhea(fatty diarrhea) are themain clinical manifestations, and merged with diabetes mellitus,pancreatic pseudotumor and pancreatic calcification etc. Alcoholicand biliary chronic pancreatitis have the same clinical manifestationsand complications, but in the occurring ratio of clinicalmanifestations and complications, alcoholic chronic pancreatitis is...
