Analysis Of Clinical Cases Of Chronic Pancreatitis In 135 Patients

This article retrospectively analyze 135 cases in which thepatients are in chronic pancreatitis. The diagnosis of chronicpancreatitis refer to the diagnostic criterion of chronic pancreatitismade in Guilin Meeting held in 1987.135 patients with chronicpancreatitis are grouped in alcoholic induced ,biliary induced andother causes based on related factors. Meanwhile 60 healthy adultsare selected as controls. The results show that in pathogenyconstitution rate the alcoholic factor exceeds biliary factor. Thedifference is more obvious while it is compared with year duration.Other causes of chronic pancreatitis are considered to related toautoimmunity, heredity and idiopathic.
