Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Associated With Hyperlipemia By Tangzhiling Heji

Object:To observe the effect of Jianpi Bushen Guben Huatan Huoxue in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia,with Tangzhiling heji,and in order to find Type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia of effective prevention and treatment methods and drugs,we had made clinical research.This could provide meaningful ideas for the future prevention and research of type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia.Methods:clinical researchA total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups---the treating group (Tangzhiling heji treating group,40 cases), the controling group (Zhinbiticose treating group,40 cases), a treatment course last 2 months for each group,with base treatment by controlled diet.Before and after treatment, some indexes were observed including clinical symptoms, FBG, glucose in OGTT, blood lipid,INS, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlC), blood rheology, BMI,IR, IAI etc. Result:Tangzhiling Heji made effectively reduce the patients, clinical symptoms, BG, lipid, regulate blood rheology, and increase insulin sensitivity. Effectively improving the quality of life of patients. By the use of Tangzhiling heji treatment, before and after treatment compared with their results, there are statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The total efficiency rate was up to 85%, prior to controlled group with Zhinbiticose (67.5%).It shows that Tangzhiling heji has a better role in prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia.Conclusion:According to the clinical research,we have made systematic observation and exploration about the clinical efficacy and mechanism of type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia. And it fully proved that pishenkuixu is the base of Pathogenesis,and tanyuzuluo is the key to the disease pathogenesis and has always run through of it.The result of clinical research showed that Tangzhiling Heji had virtual effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia.And diabetes can be prevented in the development of vascular disease. The fact was found that the treatment of Jianpi Bushen Guben Huatan Huoxue to be true and feasible, which providing scientific new view and effective therapy on type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia. It also prompt that we need to be further in-depth study.
