The Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy By Jianpi Bushen Huoxue

Purpose: Proposed by randomized controlled clinical research, observation with the method of jianpi bushen huoxue for the principle of proprietary Chinese medicine lingzhi jianshen capsule treatment the clinical curative effect of early diabetic nephropathy, and to explore its action mechanism of the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy, to explore the effective treatment of early diabetic nephropathy formulas provide a new way of thinking.Methods: The purpose of this study through the investigation and collection of 60 cases of early diabetic nephropathy belongs to the pishenkuixuxueyu syndrome cases patients, randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. Adopt the method of clinical observation, contrast in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms, signs and clinical related indicators, to explore the advantage of curing early diabetic nephropathy with the method of jianpi bushen huoxue and provide the basis for the method in clinical promotion. Treatment on two groups of all insist on diabetes education, diet, moderate exercise hypoglycemic, antihypertensive therapy, medication after 8 weeks to observe the curative effect of the two groups, records before and after treatment of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C), urine trace albumin excretion rate, 24 h urine protein quantitative, renal function, plasma total protein, albumin and TCM syndrome integral, sorting data for statistical analysis.Results: The experimental group and control group in physical and chemical indicators of before and after treatment and TCM syndrome integral were obviously improved, the experimental group was better than control group(P < 0.05) in the improvement of fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C), urine trace albumin excretion rate, 24 h urine protein quantitative, renal function, plasma total protein, albumin and TCM syndrome integral.Conclusion: Linzhi jianshen capsule can obviously improve clinical symptoms, signs of early diabetic nephropathy patients and improve the urine trace albumin excretion rate.
