| Purpose:To investigate the effect of invigorating spleen,resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus.The clinical symptoms,glucose and lipid levels,BMI,C reactive protein,liver and kidney function were observed.They are all used to evaluate the efficacy of invigorating spleen,resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation.It provides evidence for clinical research.Method:We used randomized study,60 cases of TCM syndrome belonging to spleen deficiency,phlegm dampness blood stasis syndrome type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with insulin resistance were randomly divided into 2 groups.On the basis of the basic treatment,30 cases in the treatment group were treated with the decoction,the rest control group,30 cases were treated with metformin and Pioglitazone Hydrochloride only.4 weeks for 1 observation course,a total of 2 courses of observation.Relevant examinations were completed before and after treatment.The clinical symptoms,HOMA-IR,islet cell function,glucose and lipid levels,blood rheology and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)in the two groups were observed.Results:By statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the basic gender,age,course of disease before treatment(P>0.05).(1)the curative effect of TCM syndrome:the effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,and that of control group was 50%.The treatment group was better(P<0.01).(2)the body weight and BMIof two groups decreased after the treatment(P<0.01),between the groups,the treatment group was more effective(P<0.05 or P<0.01).(3)FBG,PBG,HbAlc:after treatment,the blood glucose of the two groups decreased(P<0.01);between the two groups,the level of the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.01).(4)fasting insulin,2h insulin,fasting C peptide and 2hC peptide:the indexes of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Between the two groups,the treatment group was more effective(P<0.05).(5)TG,TC,LDL-,C and HDL-C:the indexes of the two groups were improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the treatment group was better(P<0.05 or P<0.01).(6)blood rheology indexes:Blood Rheology Indexes in treatment group were decreased after treatment in the control group(P<0.05),plasma viscosity(high and low shear),no improvement after treatment,the rest were decreased(P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity(middle cut)decreased obviously(P<0.01)in the treatment group,but there was no significant difference between the two indexes.(7)inflammatory factors and uric acid:after treatment,TNF-alpha and CRP decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01);between the two groups,the treatment group improved significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,serum uric acid decreased(P<0.05);between the two groups,the treatment group improved significantly(P<0.05)(8)safety index:the method of invigorating spleen,resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation is safe for type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied by insulin resistance.There are no abnormalities.Conclusion:After the study,found that Jianpi Huatan Huoxue Method on treatment of type 2 diabetes with insulin resistance effect significantly,can effectively reduce blood glucose,blood lipid,improve insulin resistant and peptide C levels,improve the index of blood rheology,safe and effective,worthy of study. |
