Clinical Observation Of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Ointment In The Treatment Of Osteoporotic Distal Radius Fractures After Operation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue ointment in the treatment of osteoporotic distal radius fractures,and to further study the reliability and safety of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue ointment for osteoporotic distal radius fractures,and to promote Application and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine plaster in the treatment and rehabilitation of osteoporotic fractures.Methods:Selected from September 2019 to September 2021,patients with osteoporotic distal radius fractures who were hospitalized in the Department of Micro-Orthopedics,Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 30 patients in the control group were set up by random number table method.Routine drug treatment;30 patients in the treatment group were given volar locking plate internal fixation and conventional drugs,and were treated with Bushen Jianpi Huoxue ointment after operation.The differences in postoperative pain visual analogue scale(VAS),TCM symptom score,wrist joint efficacy score(Gartland-Werly),fracture healing time and other indicators were analyzed and compared between the two groups.The data were analyzed by SPSS 26.0.Results:At 1 and 2 weeks after operation,the VAS pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Bushen Jianpi Huoxue ointment can reduce the early postoperative pain in patients with osteoporotic distal radius fractures degree.At 3 and 6 months after operation,the TCM symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Bushen Jianpi Huoxue ointment can improve the middle and late postoperative period in patients with osteoporotic distal radius fractures.Symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.At 3 and 6 months after operation,the wrist joint function score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Later wrist joint function.The fracture healing time of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Bushen Jianpi Huoxue ointment could accelerate the healing of osteoporotic distal radius fractures.Conclusion :Bushen Jianpi Huoxue ointment combined with conventional therapy is safe and reliable for postoperative osteoporotic distal radius fractures.It is superior to conventional treatment in reducing postoperative pain,promoting fracture healing,improving osteoporosis symptoms,and accelerating wrist function recovery,and is worthy of clinical application.
