Spleen Bushen Huatan Tang Adolescent PCOS Metformin Clinical Observation And Treatment

Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Bushen Huatan Decoction Combined with metformin in the treatment of adolescent PCOS (Phlegm dampness stagnation type) clinical curative effect.Method:Will meet the conditions of observation on60cases of patients, were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group of30cases,menstruation or withdrawal bleeding fifth day of Jianpi Bushen Huatan Decoction,decoction,one dose daily,morning and evening service points,also be metformin oral500mg,TID,even for3menstrual cycles. A control group of30cases, menstruation or withdrawal bleeding for fifth days beginning metformin oral500mg, TID, even for3menstrual cycles. Treatment of3menstrual cycles, two groups were observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, TCM acne, menstrual cycle and the quantity, the color changes were observed before and after treatment in two groups; follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH),prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),fasting insulin (FINS), fasting blood glucose (FPG),homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) changes:to observe the effect of the two groups.ResultsrThis study observed60cases of polycystic ovarian syndrome of Phlegm dampness stagnation type. In the end of treatment,the compr-ehensive effect of the two groups in the total effective rate was83.33%,53.33%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).L H,LH/FSH, T,FINS, HMOA-IR, menstrual cycle and the amount, the color, the total score and the clinical symptoms of acne integral in the two groups before and after treatment compared with statistically significant difference (P<0.05); comparison between groups, P>0.05, have no significant difference.Before and after the treatment,PRL,FSH,E2,FPG, P>0.05, no significant difference.Conciusion:Jianpi Bushen Huatan Decoction Combined with metformin can improve the patients clinical symptoms and serum hormones (such as LH, LH/FSH, T) level, lower fasting insulin, insulin resistance. Improving and the comprehensive efficacy on patients with menstrual, the curative effect of treatment group was superior to the control group, no adverse reaction of drug in patients during treatment and after treatment ended, Jianpi Bushen Huatan Decoction Combined with metformin in the treatment of adolescent PCOS spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm be filled with safe and effective.
