| Objective:Through the constitution classification,clinical study on patients who are phlegm dampness constitution and with type 2 diabetes disease,observe the use of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect to phlegm and tonifying spleen qi and spleen dampness treatment of the disease,prove the clinical efficacy of Huatan Jianpi Decoction for improving phlegm dampness constitution in patients with type 2 diabetes significantly,new ideas for clinical treatment to explore a kind of personalized diabetes.Methods:The clinical study selected 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with phlegm dampness constitution,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,they were given the same basic education(including diet,exercise and oral administration of Western medicine,etc.).The experimental group patients according to the specific condition in the previous basis to give Huatan Jianpi Decoction treatment,one dose daily,morning fasting.After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and related clinical indexes were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after treatmentResults:After clinical observation and statistical analysis,the results showed that there was no statistical difference between the experimental group and control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the former was better than the latter in the blood lipid,blood glucose and the integral of syndrome in the two groups.During the experimental study,the safety indexes of the patients were in the safe range and no obvious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusions: The clinical manifestations of Huatan Jianpi Decoction in type 2 diabetic patients with phlegm dampness constitution has obviously curative effect,compared to pure western medicine treatment not only reduces the effect of blood lipid and glucose is better,but also significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients with discomfort.To sum up,the prescription is effective in clinical application,it can provide guidance for the treatment of diabetes. |
