Objective:The study was to investigate work satisfaction and its influent factors among thenurses in general hospitals above two in level of Xinjiang in order for administrators to take effective interfered measures for improving work satisfaction of nurses and nursing quality,making nurse team stable, with different grade hospital, different age groups and different ethnic groups and different titles, different length, different degree of nursing. Method:Questionnaires were distributed and collected 52 general hospitals above two in level of Xinjiang nursing with the use of self and maturity scale,in which 2949 nurses were interviewed,and 2845questionnaires were input to database and analyzed.Result:In the second and above the hospital nurses were overall job satisfaction of nurses is 31.51% compared to the work are not satisfied,11.40% are not satisfied with the work of nurses, only 10.28% of the nurses are satisfied with the work of nursing in the satisfaction survey project, overall job satisfaction scoring mean 3.72±0.42.The work of the independence of the highest satisfaction was 85.5%, income 33.8% satisfaction is the worst.Conclusion:The nurse's job satisfaction affected by age, ethnic job satisfaction, titles, age, education, etc. The main reason is the income of work for a clinical nurse job satisfaction of the most important reason, followed by personal promotion, occupational status, benefits, scheduling, organization and independence. In improving the increase in demand, the satisfaction of wages and benefits and become the most pressing needs. And the influence factors of nurse job satisfaction, income, personal ascension, professional status and welfare factors with the quit ideas is inverse. The lower satisfaction resulted in higher resignation..Increase job satisfaction should consider these factors in mind differences between different groups.
