Objective The study researched the status of job satisfaction and the social support ofnurses,to understand the relationship of them in order to provide information for designingeffective motivational programs and to improve the satisfaction degree of nurses,enhancenursing quality and better nursing personal management.Methods This study used a questionnaire survey method, to Beijing city and foreignmedical institutions (China-Japan Friendship Hospital international medical department,union hospital international medical services, SOS international, dimensional Topstar clinicsand twenty-first Century medical) cluster sampling survey was conducted in162nurses.Results At present, the overall level of job satisfaction of nurses in the foreign medicalinstitutions in Beijing city in the medium. The overall satisfactions with the title arenegatively correlated, and the overall evaluation of the work environment and the relationshipbetween nurses and patients was positively related to. The nurse specific dimensions of nurseoccupation status, between a higher degrees of satisfaction, the most dissatisfied with incomeand business content.Conclusion1. The overall level of job satisfaction of nursing staff of foreign medicalinstitutions of Beijing city is higher, is receiving in-service education of nurse job satisfactionthan other nurses. Managers should take corresponding incentive means to nurses theopportunity to receive education.2. The nurse to return, and are not satisfied with the service content, it occupies an importantposition in the system of job satisfaction of nurses, nursing managers should strengthen theattention.3. Interaction between nurses and the relationship between health care to the job satisfactionof nurses contribute a lot, it suggested that nursing administrators to nurses to create a cultureof helping each other, enhance medical contract between levels to continue to enhance thelevel of job satisfaction among nurses.
