Objective:To study the resilience and job satisfaction of neurology nurses of Jilin province tertiary hospitals; to explore the relation between the resilience of neurology nurses and the job satisfaction; to analysis the correlation between resilience of neurology nurses and job satisfaction; and according to the present actual situation, proposed the intervention countermeasures and suggestions of resilience of neurology nurses and job satisfaction.Methods:Random cluster sampling method, extraction of Jilin province tertiary hospitals’ 387 neurology nurses of 14 hospitals in 9 districts as the research object, the questionnaire survey to nurse application general situation questionnaire, resilience scale, nurses’ job satisfaction scale as assessment tool, the general information of neurology nurses, resilience status and job satisfaction level, using Epidata3.1 sorts through the data, code, and entry, SPSS18.0 statistical software was used to general data description, mean, standard deviation, the single factor analysis of variance, t-test and Pearson correlation analysis.Results:1. Jilin tertiary hospitals neurology nurses’ Resilience score averages 59.88±16.88, slightly higher than the score, which divides the from high to low in turn with the three toughness of power, optimism and.dimensions.2. Jilin tertiary hospitals neurology nurses’ job satisfaction score averages 94.574±21.891, which is in the medium level score. Eight dimensions of the split order from high to low are relations with colleagues, opportunities for interaction, scheduling, control and responsibility, by the praise and recognition, welfare treatment,career opportunities,the balance of work and family..3. Jilin tertiary hospital neurology nurses’ psychological Resilience in age, neurology, working life preparation, title there exist significant differences, there is no significant difference in terms of education and income. Specifically, 26 to 30 years old age group the nurse’s optimism was significantly lower than other age groups; 21 years or above, the strength of the nurse’s score is the highest. The power of the senior title of professional nurses, optimistic and overall resilience significantly are higher than the lower-level title. Formal establishment mental flexibility level of nurses was obviously higher than that of contract nurses.4. Jilin province tertiary hospital neurology nurses’ job satisfaction in age, educational background, neurology, working life preparation, title have significant differences, but there was no significant difference in terms of income, but shows a higher income, higher job satisfaction. Specifically, Over 36 years of age, the degree of satisfaction of nurses to the interactive opportunities is lower, 16 years working experience in junior nurses the low degree of satisfaction; In welfare, scheduling, work and family balance, control and responsibility and satisfaction scores, formal establishment of nurse satisfaction is significantly higher than contract. Undergraduate nurses on opportunities for interaction of satisfaction significantly lower than the secondary and tertiary; Nurse-in-charge and above title of nurses to the scheduling, control and responsibility of satisfaction is significantly higher than ordinary nurses. The senior nurse scheduling satisfaction is significantly higher than that of the ordinary nurse, but the satisfaction of opportunities for interaction below the ordinary nurses.5. Jilin province tertiary hospital neurology nurses’ psychological elasticity and job satisfaction dimensions in both total score are significantly positive correlation. Psychological elasticity and job satisfaction of each dimension of the correlation coefficient is between 0.231 and 0.430(p < 0.001). Resilience score and the correlation between the job satisfaction score is 0.452(p < 0.001).Conclusions:1. The resilience of Jilin province neurology nurses stays in high level.2. Jilin neurology nurses’ job satisfaction stays in average level.3. Age, job title, neurology, working years, hospital grade of Jilin province neurology nurses psychological all affect the resilience and job satisfaction. Among them, the qualification, compiled and hospital ownership form also affect nerve internal medicine nurses’ job satisfaction.4. Jilin neurology nurses’ resilience and job satisfaction have significant positive correlation, namely the neurology nurses’ mental flexibility, the better, the higher the job satisfaction.
