General Secretary Xi stressed in his report that the public service system should be improved,the national health policy should be improved,and the people should be provided with all-round health services.The foundation of national prosperity and national prosperity is the people's health.A good clinical practice environment is the beginning of nurses' improvement of their own business practice,which is also an important stage for the cohesion of nurses' theoretical knowledge and clinical practice.Clinical learning environment as the sum of all things in the process of nursing students internship,including interpersonal communication and exchanges,working atmosphere,team culture,practice,etc.,these factors affect the practice of nursing students in clinical learning environment satisfaction,more relations internship effect of nursing students.This research embarks from the large public hospital practice nurse clinical learning environment in Yunnan,through constructing practice nurses clinical learning environment satisfaction scale to large public hospital in Yunnan province and the related investigation and study,to better improve the clinical practice environment and build a reasonable structure,good quality,exquisite business are put forward on clinical nursing team of high level.Through the investigation of clinical practice in nursing students' satisfaction level to large public hospital in Yunnan province,analysis the current problems existing in the practice nursing students in clinical practice,in order to improve the enthusiasm of clinical practice and internship satisfaction of nursing students,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,for clinical nursing managers and workers make effective internship program,and the cause of national health talent team construction,and to provide scientific basis and countermeasures and suggestions for reference.This study used literature research,comprehensive analysis,questionnaire investigation and data analysis methods,such as by nursing clinical learning environment evaluation questionnaire,survey internship satisfaction of nursing students in clinical learning environment,and analyzes the problems existing in the practice nursing students in clinical practice,so as to improve the nurse clinical practice environment policy suggestions are put forward.The research and analysis shown that,first,from the practice of nursing students in clinical learning environment satisfaction score look: from high to low in turn for interpersonal relationship,work atmosphere and team spirit,task orientation,student participation,creativity and personalization.Among them,nursing students are satisfied with the interpersonal relationship,working atmosphere and team culture and internship task orientation in clinical learning environment,and are generally satisfied with students' participation,innovation and individuality.Secondly,from the academic point of view: the undergraduate nursing students in innovative and personalized satisfaction is lower than the junior college nursing students,undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice more expect to have certain autonomy and innovative teaching methods;Internship at the same time,from the internship stage characteristic: the middle of the nursing students more attention to interpersonal relationships,and are eager to have more practice opportunities,internships at the end of nursing students prefer to have full autonomy and freedom to learn;In addition,from the satisfaction of the department,the degree of participation satisfaction was low,and the degree of participation satisfaction was high.There is a high degree of participatory satisfaction and relatively more practical opportunities.Finally,from the teaching situation: nurse-in-charge guiding practice nursing students participation satisfaction scores higher than that of nurses,nurses guide nursing students score,explain nurse-in-charge can give practice nursing students more practice opportunities.Fixed teachers to guide practice nursing students interpersonal relationship degree of satisfaction score is greater than that of no fixed teaching teachers to guide nursing students scores,showing that practice nursing students by fixed teaching teachers to guide more conducive to build trust,strong relationships.This paper focuses on the analysis of the influence of teacher-student relationship on satisfaction,and the results show that the relationship between teachers and students is an important factor affecting satisfaction.Therefore,on the basis of the comprehensive empirical case study,this paper puts forward the five suggestions on improving the satisfaction degree of clinical learning environment.That is to say,the objective of the internship should be clear,the level of the internship should be stratified,the practice room should be diversified,the teacher should be specialized,and the teaching mode should be humanized.
