Objective:The purpose of this study was observed the method of Yi Qi Qing Hua and atrophic gastritis No.2Recipe clinical efficacy for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.On the basis of this study, hoping to form a effective methods and prescriptions, in order to better serve the clinical. Then summarize experience of the Professor Shan treatment chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous Lesions of gastric cancer, to further explore the idea of differential treatment and medication characteristics treatment of this disease.Methods:This study selected patients met the inclusion criteria60cases. Treatment these patients through oral atrophic gastritis No.2Recipe. Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with the addition of "Clear Hp and Protect the stomach capsules". In this study, the duration of treatment was6months, clinical efficacy was observed after the end of treatment.Result:1.After treatment the endoscopy, histological efficacy comparison:gastric atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia were68.33%,50.85%,94.59%. Cure rates were30%,23.73%,89.19%. The statistical analysis before and after treatment differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Helicobacter pylori infection rate was60%, and the clearance rate was44.44%. Before and after comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).What’s more, the mucosal erosion, bile reflux have some degree of improvement.2.The overall efficacy comparison of before and after treatment:overall symptom efficacy of nimodipine method statistics, clinical recovery0cases,9cases markedly effective in50cases, and1case, the remarkable efficiency of15.00%, with a total effective rate of90.63%.Overall efficacy comparison of before and after treatment, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05) by the Wilcoxon rank sum test. Each of the major clinical symptoms have improved significantly. Only the sublingual venae treatment before and after was not statistically significant. Conclusion:This study show that the atrophic gastritis No.2Recipe treatment of chronic atrophic gastric and precancerous lesions of gastic cancer with good clinical efficacy. This study show that it can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and endoscopy, pathology, clinical practical value.
