Luteal Function Is Not Health Infertility Clinical Thinking And Experience Of The Research

This thesis is to emphasze on the clinical experiences of professor Tan Yong in the diagnoses and treatment of Luteal Phase Deficiency(LPD) and Infertility. In the thesis,it will summarize the academically thought and clinical research of professor Tan-Yong's clinical practice in LPD and Infertility.Three parts of the thesis:1. To discuss on the different approaches and the research developments between TCM and modern medicine towards LPD and Infertility.2. To introduce the research and clinical experiences of professor Tan-yong in treating LPD and infertility.(1) Differentiation of cause of disease and patlogenesis.(2) The diagnostic approach is not only the differentiation of symptom but also the differentiation of disease.(3) To emphasize on the method of Kidney-mourshing regulation menstruation as the basic princilpe of treatment.(4) The prescription of formula should be moderate and focus more on the tonifying mehod with the spleen-stomach digestive system.(5) The essential idea in treating LPD and Infertility.3.
