IntroductionCerebral infarction with high morbidity and high mortality, high disability and high relase rates, looking for more stroke-related factors and to control and urgent. The study found, adiponectin is an adipocyte-secreted cytokine,a protein adiponectin is known to reduce triglyceride and blood sugar levels, improve insulin resistance(IR),protect the cardiovascular endothelial function and inhibit atherosclerosis the role and formation of anti-inflammatory and anti-intimal hyperplasia after injury characteristics. In this study, the main observation of patients with cerebral infarction serum adiponectin level and its clinical significance, were observed with a number of risk factors associated with cerebral infarction, thereby explicitly whether they play a role as an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction,or through other dangerous factors play a role that can provide a new diagnosis and treatment of stroke prevention and prognostic indicators.Experimental Materials and Methods一,Object of studyCase Group:cerebral infarction were divided into groups(n = 48),cerebral infarction and type 2 diabetes group(n = 30).Control group:divided into normal control group(n = 19),2 diabetic group(n = 23).二,Main reagents and equipmentRapid corporate Adiponectin Quantitative ELISA Kit,Microplate Reader, -20℃low temperature refrigerators, automaticbio chemical analyzer.三,Experimental Methods 1.Specimen collection;are in the early morning fasting blood taken through the cubital vein 5 ml before separation of serum.2.Using ELISA method,in strict accordance with manual operation of determination of adiponectin.3.Automatic biochemical analyzer various biochemical parameters.4.Statistical analysisThe set of parameters by X±SD,said the use of SPSS13.0 software t test, analysis of variance and non-parametric test. Two numerical correlation between variables, using Pearson linear correlation analysis,or Spearman rank correlation analysis.P<0.05 statistically significant.Results1,Comparison of general information among the four groups:①CI group and the normal control group:DBP,TG,TC,LDL,HbAC,FBG increased significantly, ADP significantly reduced.②Type 2 diabetes group and the normalcontrol group:TG, TC,LDL,HbAC,BMI,FBG increased significantly,ADP significantly reduced.③Type 2 diabetes group and compared with CI group and CI group:BMI,TG,TC,LDL, FBG,HbAC significantly increased,ADP significantly reduced.④Type 2 diabetes group and CI group compared with type 2 diabetes mellitus:DBP,TG,TC,LDL, HbAC,FBG increased significantly,ADP significantly reduced.2,Infarction in patients with large plasmaAdiponectin levels were significantly lower than that in patients with primary and secondary infarction.3,Women in each group of plasma adiponectin levels were significantly higher than men.4,In each group obese adiponectin levels significantly lower than non-obese.5,Partial correlation analysis showed that plasma adiponectin and TG,TC, LDL,HbAC,FBG was negatively correlated with HDL positively correlated.6,Sex,TG,BMI,LDL,HbAC,FBG are independently associated with adiponectin levels. Conclusions1,Sex,BMI,TG,LDL,FBG,HbAC for adiponectin factors.2,To reduce the level of adiponectin is the occurrence and ecurrence of cerebral infarction an independent risk factor, but also the results of cerebral infarction; adiponectin levels were negatively correlated with the infarct size, which adiponectin can serve as a nerve injury markers.3,2 diabetes decreased plasma adiponectin levels, decreased at more complicated with cerebral infarction.4,Adiponectin is expected to prevention and treatment and prognosis of stroke to provide a new means of.
