The Importance Of Factor Phlegmatic Hygrosis In The Type Ⅱ Diabetes Combine With Cerebral Infarction, And Its Associativity With Leptin, Adiponectin

Objectives:To probe into the importance of factor phlegmatic hygrosis in the TypeⅡdiabetes combine with Cerebral infarction and its associativity with leptin, adiponectin.Method 69 cases of patients with TypeⅡdiabetes from August 2009 to September 2010,including unincorporated cerebral infarction patients 38 cases (into phlegmy wet syndrome differentiation 15 cases, not phlegmy wet card 23 cases); Merge 31 cases of patients with cerebral infarction (differentiation into phlegmy wet syndrome 21 cases, not phlegmy wet card 10 cases).In this study we detected the leptin, adiponectin, BMI, FBG, HbA1C, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C. Leptin, adiponectin were detected using ELISA method, Leptin and adiponectin were offered by Shanghai in the kit kordsa biological products Co, LTD.Results:1. The incidence of Phlegm syndrome in the group of TypeⅡdiabetes combine with Cerebral infarction is higher than the non-combine group (P=0.019<0.05).In the TypeⅡdiabetes combine with Cerebral infarction phlegm group and non-phlegm group, TypeⅡdiabetes non-combine with Cerebral infarction phlegm phlegm group and non-phlegm group, leptin, adiponectin levels are not exactly equal. Its leptin level from High to low is TypeⅡdiabetes combine with Cerebral infarction phlegm group, Type II diabetes combine with Cerebral infarction non-phlegm group, TypeⅡdiabetes non-combine with Cerebral infarction phlegm group, type II diabetes non-combine with Cerebral infarction non-phlegm group, but adiponectin level order is opposite(P=0.000). In the Type II diabetes phlegm phlegm patients and non-phlegm phlegm patients, Type II diabetes combine with Cerebral infarction phlegm group and non-phlegm group, Type II diabetes non-combine with Cerebral infarction phlegm phlegm group and non-phlegm group,serum leptin is positive correlated with BMI (P<0.001), and negative correlated with adiponectin(P<0.001).2.Compare to the group of non-Phlegm syndrome of Type II diabetes, the BMI, TC, TG, LDL-C, leptin level is higher (P<0.05),but adiponectin level is low (P<0.01) in the Phlegm syndrome group.3.Compare to The group of TypeⅡdiabetes non-combine with Cerebral infarction, the age, leptin level is higher but adiponectin level is low (P<0.01) in the Type II diabetes combine with Cerebral infarction group.Conclusions:1. The incidence of Phlegm syndrome in the group of TypeⅡdiabetes combine with Cerebral infarction is higher than the non-combine group, and the difference is statistically significant. Indicate:phlegm paly certain role in the incidence of TypeⅡdiabetes combine with Cerebral infarction.2. By statistical results indicated that compare to the group of non-Phlegm syndrome of Type II diabetes, the leptin level is higher, but adiponectin level is lower in the Phlegm syndrome group, and Type II diabetes combine with Cerebral infarction phlegm group of leptin level is the highest, adiponectin minimum. Indicate:leptin and adiponectin have a certain correlation with the onset of Type II diabetes combine with Cerebral infarction phlegm syndrome.
