Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Migraineur Of With Tianyuanzhitongtang

Objective:To explore the effect of Tianyuanzhitongtang for the treat- ment of patients with blood stasis type migraineur through application of patients with blood stasis type migraineur based on the treatment of Tianyuanzhitongtang and Flunayizine Capsules compared with Flunayizine Capsules.Materials and Methods:All the patients who were consistented with diagnose of blood stasis type migraineur come from our Hospital during Feb.2008 to Dec.2008.70 cases all together.They were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group (Tianyuanzhitongtang & Flunayizine Capsules,45) and the control group of Western medicine(Flunayizine Capsules,25).The treatment group and the control group of western medicine were both treated for 21 days,then to observe the effect of the two groups before and after treatment,the average blood flow rate of cerebral arteries and the index of blood rheology.Then to carry primary observation of the clinical safety.Results:①The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.22%(Cure rate:20%,excellence rate: 44.4%) and the total effective rate of control group was72%(Cure rate:12%,excellence rate: 28%).The treatment group is better than the control group of Western medicine,there was a significant difference(P＜0.05).②On traditional Chinese medicine symptoms curative effect,the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.56%(Cure rate:24.44%,excellence rate:44.4%) and the total effective rate of control group was 72%(Cure rate:16%,excellence rate:32%).The treatment group is better than the control group of Western medicine,there was a significant difference(P＜0.05).③Before the treatment,the blood flow rate of MCA,ACA,PCA are no statistical differences between the two groups with star.analysis(P＞0.05),hasing comparability.After the treatment,blood flow rate of MCA,ACA,PCA between the two groups is both significance cut down(P＜0.05),but the degree of the treatment group was higher than the control group of Western medicine(P＜0.05).④Before the treatment,blood viscosity and plasma viscosit are no statistical differences between the two groups with stat.analysis(P＞0.05),basing comparability.After the treatment, blood viscosity and plasma viscosit are both significance improved(P＜0.05),but the degree of the treatment group was higher than the control group of Western medicine(P＜0.05).Conclusions:①No matter in the clinical symptom curative effect or traditional Chinese medicine symptoms curative effect,the treatment group is superior to the control group of Western medicine.②To the treatment group and the control group of Western medicine,the blood flow rate of MCA,ACA,PCA were both cut down niter treatment,but the treatment group is superior to the control group of Western medicine.③To the treatment group and the control group of Western medicine,blood viscosity and plasma viscosit are both significance improved,but the treatment group is superior to the control group of Western medicine.So,there is obvious effect with blood stasis type migraineur based on the treatment of Tianyuanzhitongtang.There is obvious improvement function on the average blood flow rate of cerebral arteries and the index of blood rheology,another using the security,non poisonous,side effect.
