Clinical Observation On The Curative Effect Of Activating Blood And Raising Yang On Migraine(Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose: This subject is the sun Huoxue Decoction by sun Tongluo Decoction in treating migraine(blood stasis type)clinical observation.The study belongs to the research field of medicine of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy disease,the sun Tongluo powder in the treatment of migraine(blood stasis type)clinical observation,preliminary judgment of clinical curative effect of Huoxue sun method,and the modified application,which proves that the overall concept,dialectical superiority,and to provide for the clinical treatment of headache effective treatment.Method: Observation of Huoxue Tongluo powder on sun sun Decoction by prospective randomized controlled clinical trials research method(blood stasis type)clinical efficacy of migraine patients,outpatients in accordance with the observation of objects included in the standard case obtain the consent of the patient,and to determine the scale of the.Result:In the treatment of migraine in clinical effects in reducing blood stasis resistance migraine frequency,duration,pain degree and TCM syndrome score and the number of pain halved rates,and both has obvious curative effect,and no any adverse reactions occur.However,there was a significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of shengyang tongluo powder was significantly better than that of fluguirizine hydrochloride capsule compared with the two groups.The reduction rate of headache number was 78.79% in the treatment group and67.65% in the control group,indicating that shengyang tongluo powder had better effect on the reduction rate of pain number.Conclusion: It is effective in improving the number of migraine attacks,duration,pain degree,TCM syndromes score and pain frequency halving rate.It is better than fluguirizine hydrochloride capsule in improving the curative effect of TCM syndromes and reducing the number of times.During the study period,no adverse reactions were observed.
