Study On The Tong Luo Zhuang Gu Pills On Blood Rheology Of Blood Stasis Type Of Knee Osteoarthritis And Clinical Effect

Objective:To observe and analyse the Tong Luo Zhuang Gu Pills’ clinical efficacy for the treatment of early and mid blood stasis type Of knee Osteoarthritis patients and its impact on blood rheology indicators,so as to verify the Tong Luo Zhuang Gu Pills in treating blood stasis knee arthritis on the improvement of the clinical symptoms and blood rheology indicators, treatment as early as the mid-stasis blockage of knee Osteoarthritis,and explore its mechanism of action,to provide biochemical clues and basis for research and clinical treatment of knee Osteoarthritis.Methods:The subjects were patients with orthopedic clinic.In accordance with knee Osteoarthritis in Western diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, and use SAS9.0programs designed randomized protocol,50cases of knee Osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into the Tong Luo Zhuang Gu Pills treatment group,and the Jingu Tongxiao pills treatment group, with25cases in each group.The Tong Luo Zhuang Gu Pills treatment group was treated with Tong Luo Zhuang Gu Pills,and Jingu Tongxiao pills control group was treated with oral Jingu Tongxiao pills.In each group, health education was given under the guidance of a doctor.After two courses (8weeks) of continuous therapy, with the HSS knee score and WOMAC scores,to observe all patients the pain, function, joint mobility changes, muscle strength, flexion deformityjoint stability, level of pain,and joint activities. Press the laboratory detection indicators requirements were extracted for all patients after treatment venous whole blood,blood rheology indicators detected two groups of patients. Establish a database of all data, using SPSS18.0statistical software for statistical processing.Results:1After a continuous two courses (8weeks) treatment,the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms score show:the Tong Luo Zhuang Gu Pills treatment group compared with the Jingu Tongxiao pills control group, HSS knee score system and WOMAC scores were significantly different (P<0.05). 2consecutive two courses (8weeks)after the treatment, the two groups of patients hemorheology show:Comparison of index in hematocrit between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05);the Tong Luo Zhuang Gu Pills treatment group compared with the Jingu Tongxiao pills control group, the high shear rate blood viscosity,low shear rate blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte electrophoresis indexes have a significantly difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:l.Tong Luo Zhuang Gu Pills in treating early and mid blood stasis type of knee Osteoarthritis is more effective than Jingu Tongxiao Pills in clinical curative effect;2.Tong Luo Zhuang Gu Pills have obvious effects in improving early and mid blood stasis type of knee Osteoarthritis patients’blood rheology index,the research also shows that it can improve the circulation and venous stasis condition of blood,ensures the effective perfusion of tissues,provides preliminary theoretical basis research for the study and clinical treatment of blood stasis type of knee Osteoarthritis;3.Tong Luo Zhuang Gu Pills can therapy blood stasis type of knee Ostcoarthritis safely and effectively.
