| Objective: the purpose of this study through the study of patients with acute cerebral infarction and brain changes before and after the Qing granule treatment efficacy and blood rheology indexes,so as to study effect of Yangxueqingnao Granule on improvement of brain blood rheology and in treating brain diseases.Methods: the experiment was divided into two parts,the first part in our hospital out-patient treatment in January 2015-2015 year in December 150 cases of patients with cerebral infarction,with a detection instrument using FASCO-3010 B automatic blood rheology detection instrument,SPA4 type multifunctional platelet aggregation instrument.5ml blood was injected into the vacuum vessel of heparin sodium,reversed and mixed 3-5 times,and the blood samples were detected within 2 hours.Detection index: the whole blood viscosity(low cut),plasma viscosity,hematocrit,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(HCT),fibrinogen,platelet aggregation function 17.The second part is the research object in the first part,which is divided into the experimental group and the control group by random grouping,each of 75 cases.Patients were given oxygen inhalation,anti-inflammatory,anti platelet,nutrition nerve,maintain water electrolyte balance,anti brain edema,blood pressure control,such as conventional comprehensive treatment,the two groups of drugs,the same dose.Given Yangxueqingnao Granule on the basis of the experimental group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the changes of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Barlhel index(BI)and hemorheology were compared before and after treatment.Results: the cerebral infarction group,high blood viscosity in the detection of middle and low shear index were 4.68+0.82,5.97+0.77,11.93+1.41,compared with the control group with statistical significance(P< 0.05)from the test results can be seen in patients with cerebral infarction,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen,red cell electrophoresis time,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and platelet aggregation index were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Yangxueqingnao effect experiment,the observation group was 27.5%,the total effective rate was 97.5%;the control group were 22.5%;87.5%,the two group of significant efficiency and total efficiency comparison,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).NIHSS scores of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group after treatment NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups before treatment blood rheology(high blood viscosity,low blood viscosity,hematocrit,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index)had no significant difference(P>0.05).The two group after the treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group after treatment,the above indexes were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion: the change of blood rheology and the increase of blood viscosity is one of the important factors of cerebral infarction.Therefore,patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases should regularly check the blood rheology,dynamic observation of changes in blood viscosity,for the prevention of cerebral infarction and early treatment of cerebral infarction is of great significance.Yangxueqingnao Granule in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is effective,can effectively reduce the blood viscosity,ischemic nerve protection,promote the recovery of neurological function. |
