| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of music therapy with Danggui Yin zi decoction in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Study whether this new therapy can be used as Chinese medicine treatment of aids,for the treatment of chronic urticaria magical play the role of a two-pronged.Metheods:60 cases will be divided into two groups of patients with chronic urticaria.Treatment group 32 cases,oral Danggui Yinzi,medication-assisted music therapy after the treatment;28 cases of the control group,oral Danggui Yinzi.Pruritus were observed before and after treatment,the number of air missions,air missions decreased size and symptom score index(SSRI) and relapse rate,relapse time.Results:In group therapy,the total effective cases were 93.75%;In group Comparison,the total effective cases were 82.14%.There is no significant difference shown between two groups in the rates of the total effectiveness (P＞0.05).Of cured patients 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of treatment group 31.25%,control group,the recurrence rate of 76.92%,the treatment group the relapse rate is lower than the control group,the difference was significant(p＜0.05).The two groups in the symptom score after treatment than before treatment have decreased,the difference was no significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Application of music therapy with Danggui Yinzi treatment and only Danggui Yinzi treatment of chronic urticaria both have a good effect,but effect and recurrence in the control of the former over the latter.
