Clinical Observation On Treating Chronic Urticaria With Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions ’Danggui Yinzi’

Objective: To systematically observe the clinical effect of Danggui Yinzi Decoction in the treatment of chronic urticaria,explore and verify the theoretical basis and practical basis of ‘treating chronic urticaria from blood’,so as to improve the level of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Method: from January 2020 to February 2021,a total of 59 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into treatment group(29cases)and control group(30 cases)The patients were followed up every week to understand the condition,and the chronic urticaria activity score(UAS)was evaluated according to the patient’s condition.Results:(1)there was no significant difference in gender and age between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05);(2)there was no significant difference in the inducing factors,accompanying symptoms and onset time between the two groups(P>0.05);there were 17 patients(28.81%)with unclear inducing factors,followed by cold,diet,wind and other factors.During 20-2:00 at night,49 patients(including single and multiple)had the disease,accounting for 83.05%;in the control group and treatment group,the most common accompanied symptoms were irritability or no obvious symptoms,among which 23 patients were irritable,accounting for 38.98%,27 patients were asymptomatic,accounting for 45.76%,and the remaining accompanied symptoms were mostly scattered in a small amount.(3)There was significant difference between the two groups in USA score of the first week and that of the fourth week and the eighth week(P<0.001);there was significant difference in the score of the first week between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),but there was no difference in the score of the pruritus between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the score of the fourth week between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05)The number of score(P>0.05),no statistical significance;the control group in the eighth week,the number of scores and itching compared with the treatment group,P>0.05,no statistical significance.Conclusion: the onset time of patients with chronic urticaria is mostly at 20-2:00 at night,and the clinical accompanying symptoms are mainly irritability or no accompanying symptoms;the inducing factors are various.Danggui Yinzi basic formula and desloratadine citrate tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic urticaria,and effectively relieve the symptoms of wind and skin itching.There is no significant difference between the two kinds of treatment,and the effect is equivalent.
