Clinical Observations, Since The Body Serum Therapy Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria

Objective: To determine whether there are differences of the value of autoserum therapy combined with the TCM treatment in the chronic idiopathic urticaria(CIU) between patients with positive(ASST+)and negative(ASST—)autologous serum skin test.Methods: The clinical features of the patients with ASST+were evaluated and compared with those of the patients with ASST—.Results: The results showed that asst was positive in 7 out of 20 CIU cases and positive rate was 35%,four weeks after The total effect of the positive group is 43% and negative group is 92% it is significantly different (p<0.05).TCM clinical syndromes comparison ASST negative group was significantly decreased(p<0.05) after treatment while the positive group had no sigificant reduce (p> 0.05).the is no adverse reactions in either of the groups.Conclusion: autoserum therapy and TCM of chronic idiopathic urticaria in patients with negative(ASST—) patients show better effect than that patients with positive(ASST+)...
