[OBJECTIVE]Establishment of animal models with cutaneous capillary hemangioma and experimental research on its histopathological changes after treatment with high frequency electrocoagulation by ultrafine-needle aspiration.[METHODS]We established cockscomb model, which includes control group,6w group,8w group and 10w group, uesed the processing method of high frequency electrocoagulation by ultrafine-needle aspiration at various power. Dynamic histopathologic observation of cockscomb performed immediately,at 7 day-,14 day-,21 day- and 28 day-time point post operation,in order to compare the effect of three various powers on the cockscomb vascular, including the decreasing rate of cockscomb vascular, the increasing of collogenous and the correlation between collogenous and electric quantity.[RESULT]Electrocoagulation changed the color intensity and scar proliferation of cockscomb.Higher the power is,the more it changes. The number of vascular decreased under light microscope. But the effects of various powers on the cockscomb vascular were different. The number of vascular in group A is more than group B and C,and then increased with the lapse of time. These had no difference between each group, but the numbers of all groups were significantly decreased compared with those before operation. These suggested that treatment with high frequency electrocoagulation by fine needle aspiration is effective in cutaneous capillary hemangioma.[CONCLUSION]The numbers of cockscomb vascular were significantly decreased with high frequency electrocoagulation by ultrafine-needle aspiration. There was no difference among three treatment groups. In the condition of this experiment, high frequency electrocoagulation by ultrafine-needle aspiration with electric power of 6W can destrpy cockscomb vascular effectively, meanwhile, comb appearance change was not obvious, these not only accord with mini-invasive,but also conform with cosmetic treatment. |
