[Objective]:To evaluate the curative effect on the treatment of ocular capillary hemangioma with intratumoral injection of glucocorticoid.[Methods]:The research objects are140ases of children who received treatment with intratumoral injection of glucocorticoid in our hospital from January1996to August2011(totally16years), in which130patients are in therapy with glucocorticoid separately,9cases with glucocorticoid and pingyangmycin,1case with glucocorticoid and fluorouracil (5-FU) injection.This thesis makes analysis of the general material such as age, sex, pathological changes, clinical manifestation, radiological examination results of the sick children, and divide the tumor into three kinds:the tumor in eyelid, eyelid and orbit or orbit. Drugs are carried on to the summary in types, way and dose material, according to the way of giving medicine, can be divided into triamcinolone and dexamethasone, Diprospan and dexamethasone, methylprednisolone and triamcinolone and dexamethasone, triamcinolone, triamcinolone and Pingyangmycin, dexamethasone and Pingyangmycin, Diprospan and dexamethasone, Diprospan and triamcinolone and dexamethasone, triamcinolone and5-FU9group. Through the ruler and imaging scale measurement size before and after treatment, depth and scope, and before and after treatment according to CDI blood flow graph examination results, will flow signals within a tumor abnormal blood flow into less, medium, rich formulated three types, then make the judgment standard of curative effect:cure, significant efficiency, effective and invalid.Evaluation before and after treatment of the size of the capillary hemangioma changes and the total effective rate of the treatment; The data will be chi-square test, in order to draw the statistical differences between curative effect of three types and all kinds of therapy, P<0.05for differences with a statistical significance. Analyzing the treatment of children of the incidence of complications; To discharge with follow-up to get its current height, weight data, which are divided into two groups of men and women, respectively, calculation and of all the ages percentile of the standard difference, the SSPS17.0statistical software and test to our judgment and normal children’s growth index of difference to P<0.05for differences with a statistical significance.[Results] In all the tumor of140cases of patients, the cure rate was7.1%and significant efficiency is25.7%, and the effective rate was61.4%, the total effective rate was94.2%, and invalid for:5.8%①All of the estimated eyelid capillary hemangioma are27cases, total effective rate:100%; Within the orbit72cases, total effective rate:96.2%; The eyelid and orbit41cases, total effective rate:87.6%, according to the tumor happened the total effective rate of eyelid> orbit> eyelid and orbit; The chi-square test results:eyelid compared to orbit:z=1.487p=0.137, eyelid compared to eyelid and orbit z=-3.720p=0.000, orbit compared to eyelid and orbit z=3.228p=0.001conclusion:the curative effect of eyelid and orbit type in better than the eyelid orbit type.②In the curative effect of different treatment, triamcinolone and dexamethasone52cases, with the total effective rate of92.3%. Diprospan and dexamethasone50cases, and the total effective rate was94%. methylprednisolone and triamcinolone and dexamethasone17cases;triamcinolone6cases; triamcinolone and Pingyangmycin5cases; dexamethasone and Pingyangmycin4cases; methylprednisolone and dexamethasone3cases, Diprospan and triamcinolone and dexamethasone2cases; triamcinolone and5-FU1case. In all kinds of treatment combination between the curative effect analysis,x2=8.193, p>0.05, the difference in all kinds of treatment was no statistically significant.③omplications:5cases have hair-increased phenomenon,4cases have full-moon face phenomenon, and glucocorticoid side effects occurred in6.4%. All the children in the follow-up after withdrawal are back to normal.④The follow-up are66cases, accounting for47.1%of the total number of children. There are26males, female40. The oldest follow-ups are16year-old, and the youngest1year old. By analyzing the standard comparison of the age and the height and weight, P>0.05, it is no obvious difference with the normal.[Conclusion] Glucocorticoid tumor therapy in ocular capillary hemangioma is safe, effective and less side effects, and is reversible, have no obvious effect to the growth and development of children and adolescents.
