| Extracellular Matrix,ECM is the mass that locates the substratum of epithelium cell or endotheliocyt around connective tissues , provide mechanics support and physics intensity for the organisation and the organ even to the completeness of whole organism. But ECM should not only be regarded as the organisation part which provide mechanics support and the physics intensity for the organisation and organism.ECM is one of the necessary condition of blood vessel formation, among them the Type IV collagen(Col-IV),Lammin(LM),Fibronection(FN) are the closest part with ECM. They are the necessary component of ECM to maintain the cell form and keep cell function and organisation completeness .They are all protein which are combined in the endoplasmic reticulum and secreted outside the cell, and assume the function of shield,strain and osmoses. Col-IV, LM and FN are combined in great bulk in the overfull accretive endotheliocyte,on the contrary they can also promote the adhesion,move,growth and differentiation of endotheliocyte.
