The Clinical Study On Treating Internal-Hemorrhoid With Thrombosis-Xiaozhizhixue

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy in treating internal hemorrhoids by thrombosis-Xiaozhizhixue.Methods:Observation consistent with the standards included in 80 cases patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases for treatment group,40 cases for control group.The treatment group given thrombosis-Xiaozhizhixue treatment,1/times, day2;control group given thrombosis Jiuhua hemorrhoids,methods with the former.The two groups were 10 days for one course of treatment,Were,before treatment and after the treatment of 10 days to observe patient's main clinical symptoms with hematochezia, prolapse and hyperemia,hemorrhage,erosion and necrosis of mucosal surface check of the hemorrhoids.We selected hematochezia,prolapse,mucosal repair indicators as criteria for efficacy,according none,mild,moderate and severe to 0,1,2,3,then compared the total hours of before and after treatment.Results:Patients in reducing symptoms such as hematochezia,prolapse,the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.94%,and control group was 88.24%.About the mucosal surface in the restoration of hemorrhoids,the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5%,and control group was 80.0%.The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%,and control group was 85.0%.Statistical analysis comparing the two groups the two effects were no significantly different(P＞0.05),but the treatment group was is slightly better than the control group.Conclusion:Thrombosis-Xiaozhizhixue has the effectiveness of anti-inflam-matory, convergence,bleeding.lt not only can effectively reduce hematochezia and prolapse of internal hemorrhoids,but also can significantly reduce the erosion of the mucosal surface,edema,hemorrhage and other adverse reactions and speed up the mucosal surface of hemorrhoids repair.
