Objective:Circular mixed hemorrhoids is one of diseases which are hard to treat in clinic of anorectal department. Its surgical treatment is requested to not only can remove the symptoms of hemorrhoids, but can protect anal function well. Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy is possible to cause anal stenosis because its more incisions and minor reserving of anal canal skin. We design this trial to evaluate a new operation procedure in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids that can guarantee the healing rate, and affect the changed degree of circumference of anal canal from preoperative to postoperative smally so that can prevent anal stenosis, and reduce postoperative complications and sequelae.Methods:29 samples are divided into two groups randomly(The therapy group=14, The control group=15).The therapy group adopts the procedure of suturing internal hemorrhoids horizontally and resection external hemorrhoids and retaining dentate line. The control group adopts Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Observing and analyzing the clinical curative effect, time of operation, postoperative complications and sequelae, time of wound healing, the rate of internal sphincterotomy and circumference of anal canal. Results:Compared with the two groups, they have no obvious differences in the curing rate, op-eration time, time of wound healing, bleeding, urinary retention, and postoperative infection, an-al stenosis and postoperative pars analis moisture, flatus and soiling incontinence (P>0.05).The postoperative pain, edema, anal discomfort, the rate of internal sphincterotomy and the diminis-hed degree of circumference of anal canal from preoperative to postoperative are obvious differ-ent (P<0.05).Conclusion:The procedure of suturing internal hemorrhoids horizontally and resection external hemorrhoids and retaining dentate line can cure circular mixed hemorrhoids effectively. Because the above procedure can completely reserve anal canal endepidermis and maintain normal anal canal physiological and anatomic structure and smally affect the changed degree of circumference of anal canal from preoperative to postoperative very much, it can reduce the postoperative complications and sequelae. It's an satisfactory clinical procedure of treating circular mixed hemorrhoids.
