Clinical Effect Study On External Treatment Of Sanqizhichuangshuan To ? Degree Hemorrhoids

Objective:Through the clinical research,prove clinical effect of the Sanqi ZhiChuangShuan on second degree internal hemorrhoids patients to treat hemafecia, prolapsed of hemorrhoids,repair of hemorrhoids mucosal,and tenesmus and dampness.Methods:Clinical observation:1.64 post-surgery hemorrhoids patients on second degree were divided into two groups at random for comparison:Sanqi ZhiChuangShuan treatment group and Mayinglong ZhiChuangShuan treatment group.Choose hemafecia, prolapsed hemorrhoids repair of hemorrhoids mucosal,and tenesmus and dampnessas observation indicators,define them as None,Slight, Medium and Serious which score 0,2,4 and 6 separately;observe and keep statistics and records at the 1st and 14th day of treatment.Compare the general effect and symptom improvement according to the score criterion.Result:Clinical observation shows:patients in both groups have improvement after treatment,34 cases were treated by Sanqi ZhiChuangShuan,15 cases were clinically cured,9 cases had obvious effect,9 cases had effect, the effective rate was 97.1%;while 30 cases were in the control group,6 cases were clinically cured,9 cease had obvious effect,12 cases had effect, the effective rate was 90.0%,the effect of treatment group is much better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group on the improvement of hemafecia, prolapsed hemorrhoids and anal dampness has great difference with those of the control group(P<0.05).while there were no notable differenced between the two groups in the aspects of treating repair of hemorrhoids mucosal,and tenesmus (P>0.05).Conclusion:Sanqi ZhiChuangShuan has great improvement on internal hemorrhoids'hamefecia,prolapsed hemorrhoids, the size of hemorrhoids, tenesmus and dampness but no obvious side-effect.It's an effective external drugs for second degree internal hemorrhoids, patiens'compliance is good.
