| 1.ObjectiveRhagadia of Hand and Foot is a common dermatosis,easy occur in exposed part such as the skin of hand and foot.The damage is crack of different size and depth.The occurrence of this disease is related to the epidermal incrassation,dryness,external stimulate and local activities.Chinese medicine practitioners believe that,due to the exogenous wind and cold pathogens,this disease is caused by the disorders of Qi,Blood running sluggish, Dry,brittle and frequent friction of skin,or the meridian surface lack of nutrients.For light patients,this disease only involve the epidermis and affect skin appearance;For hard patients,this disease can involve the dermis or subcutaneous tissue.It cause bleeding and paining that affect patient' s partial functional activities and bring the pain that affect the patient's normal work and daily life.With the development of society,people's social activities are becoming more frequently.Rhagadia of skin have brought more embarrassments and inconveniences to the people's social activities.Now the main therapy for skin diseases is using medicine in local part,including urea ointment,salicylic acid ointment,etc.These therapies shall moisten the skin and alleviate the symptoms.However,it is not a deal healing for improving and promote the bleed,the pain and the other symptoms which caused by skin lesions.The main medicament ingredient of Shuang Uong Cream isDaemonoropsdracoB1 andRhodiolaroseaL.It' sdermatological drug made by our hospital,After years of clinical observation,it trulyhasagoodeffect.In order to further know the curative effect of Shuang Uong Cream,and provide theoretical evidence for this medicine clinic extend,We decide to research this subject.2.method2.1Clinical observationAll cases,amount to 80,are Outpatients and Inpatient hospital sick be accepted treatment in WUHAN institute of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology department during November,2007 and December,2008.According to the order of examination,all case are divided into two teams:therapy team and control team.Two teams of case are compared at size of age,sex,course of disease,etc. The difference does not have significance meaning,have comparativity.Treatment course last for 2 weeks.During this,therapy team are given external Shuang Uong Cream and control team are given externalurea ointment.All test complied with the ruleof random and double blind.Curative effect,subjective symptom and skin rash are analyzed statistically according to the scone standard after cure.All the cases,according with the standards,shall be selected into the experiment.Before and after treatment,analysis and compare symptoms and signs of patient' s treatment.Counting files are tested withχ~2 test and measure files with t test.2.2Experiment Adaptive feeding rats aweek after,use of 10%chloral hydrate intraperitoneal anesthesia 0.3ml/100g,10%sodium sulfide go back hair,At the backof the right and left sides of the cut 2 cm x 2cm-sized full-thickness skin,Caused the wound model,sub-cage feeding.Will be a successful model rats were randomly divided into four groups:blank control group,matrix groups,treatment group and control group,nine in each group.Modeling the first two days beginning medication,every day, for 20 days.Treatment group given Shuang hong cream,control group given urea ointment.The rats in the post-traumatic 7,14,21 days,cut wound tissue, made of FN immunohistochemical specimens were observed.High-power microscope,the organization has brown staining were positive,5 per high power field of the number of positive cells.Analyze.the datas by SPSS 13.0,and measure files use t test.3.Result3.1 Clinical observationThe therapy group convalescing rate is 55%,the control group convalescing rate is 25%.The therapy group convalescing rate is higher than the control group,has very obviously difference after statistics analysis(p<0.01).3.2 ExperimentThe result of immunohistochemistry:Compare the number of FN positive expresion between the two group,after statistics analysis, the difference is obviously(p<0.01),the number of FN in the therapy group is more than the one in the control group.4.COonclusion To cureRhagadia of Hand and Foot,the Shuang HongCream is better than traditional 10%urea ointment.It will get a great curative effect,and it is Non-toxic side effects,easy to use,worth promoting in clinic.Shuang hong cream can speed up the process of FN to promote wound healing purposes. |
