Clinical Research On Treatment Of Obstructive Azoospermia By Microsurgical Vasoepididymostomy Combined With Gui Hong Cream

Objective:Analyzing and counting the effects of modified microsurgical longitudinal single stuture intussusception vasoepididymostomy combined with Gui Hong Cream in the therapy of obstructive azoospermia.Then discuss the significance of the treatment effect by microsurgical vasoepididymostomy combined with Gui Hong Cream.Methods:Of all the male infertile patients that were treated in male and urological department of our hospital from September 2016 to March2018,we screened out 46 cases of azoospermia diagnosed as epididymal obstruction and randomly divided into control group(23 cases)and observation group(23 cases).Control group:Only treated with modified microsurgicallongitudinalsinglestutureintussusception vasoepididymostomy;observation group:Under the same way of surgery of the control group,and took Gui Hong Cream(boil-free granule)after postoperative day one.The above granules of Traditional Chinese Medicine was one dose a day,and took it twice a day with 200ml warm water each time,the course of treatment for one month.Then the first seminal fluid examination of sperm concentration and progressive motility of the two groups were statistically analyzed at 3 months postoperatively.Besides,one year later,the recanalization rate of the two groups of patients and the pregnancy of their spouses were followed up.The resulting data was statistically analyzed by using the SPSS21.0statistical software.Result:1.There was no statistically significant in age and obstruction time between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2 After postoperative 3 months,the semen analysis showed that the first sperm concentration and progressive motility of observation group were more excellent than the control group(p<0.05).3.After one year of follow-up,the observation group had a recanalization rate of 81.8%(18/22),while the control group was 52.4%(11/21),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(x~2=4.240,P=0.039).Further more,the pregnancy rate of spouses in observation group was 45.5%(10/22),while the pregnancy rate of spouses in control group was 14.3%(3/21),The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(x~2=4.949,P=0.026).Conclusion:1.Microsurgical vasoepididymostomy is one of the effective ways to treat epididymal obstructive azoospermia;2.Microsurgical vasoepididymostomy combined with Gui Hong Cream can effectively improve the postoperative recanalization rate and spouses's pregnancy rate of the patients of epididymal obstructive azoospermia.Further more,Gui Hong Cream has a good safety with no obvious side effects during treatment;3.Microsurgical vasoepididymostomy combined with Gui Hong Cream is safe and effective,so it is worthy of further study on the postoperative recovery of microsurgery.
