Clinical Observation Of Ganlu Disinfectant Dan Jiajian Recipe In The Treatment Of Hand-foot-mouth Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Ganlu Xiaodu Pill to treat ordinary type hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:160 cases of normal type hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into A group?B group and C group(A group=The western medicine group, B group=The Chinese medicine group, C group=The combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine group).54 cases in A group using conventional western medicing treatment; 53 cases in B group using modified Ganlu Xiaodu Pill; Cases in C group were treated with both conventional western medicing and modified Ganlu Xiaodu Pill.Results: In A group,the total effective rate was 88.46%; In B group,it was 84.62%; C group was 96.23%. 3 groups of the total efficiency were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).C group show more good in many main clinical outcomes, such as antipyretic effect time, body temperature returned to normal time, oral ulcer healing time and hand foot skin rash subsided time. And the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with routine western medicine treatment or pure Chinese medicine treatment,the therapy combined Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Pill and routine have been verified as a effective cinical intervention to treat syndrome of normal type hand-foot-mouth disease.
