| Objective:To study the effects of Chinese Medicine decoction combined with "White Moisture Cream" make a treatment of eczemarhagadiforme on hand and leg in a clinical treatment.Methods:In the outpatients in the Department of dermatology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine, according to the visiting sequence, by random will meet the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and the control group, each group divided into 40 cases then total should be 80 cases, Treatment group by using the "angelica decoction " for oral drinking and using the "White Moisture Cream" for external use. Control group by taking Runzaozhiyang capsule orally and then using Vaseline for external use. Subsequent visits every two weeks and one month is the course of the treatment. Every time subsequent visit will make a detail records of each lesion morphology,lesion size, the itching of adverse reactions after treatment and the change of EASI score after treatment.Results:Overall effectiveness of treatment between treatment group with the control group,the recovery rate of the treatment group is 27.5%,meanwhile the total effective rate is 97.5%.In addition,the recovery rate of the control group is 2.5%, the total effective rate is 57.5%.After make a comparative between the overall effectiveness of the two group,the different between two group is significant. (P<0.05)Conclusions:1.Chinese Medicine decoction combined with "White Moisture Cream"will reduce the eczemarhagadiforme on hand and leg during the before and after treatment.2.Using Chinese Medicine decoction combined with "White Moisture Cream" to make a treatment of eczemrhagadiforme on hand and leg is safely and effectiveness medicine. |
