Clinical Study On Yishenxujing Decoction In The Treatment Of Menstruation Delay(Deficiency Of Kidney And Blood Stasis Type) During Menopausal Transition

Objective:The subject was going to defer menopause by adjusting the menstruation delay.In accordance with the characteristic of women in menopausal transition as deficiency of kidney and blood stasis,the decoction of Yishenxujing was designed to adjust the menstrual cycle.We would observe the efficacy of the decoction to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:1.Object of study64 cases of menstruation delay in menopausal transition were divided into two groups randomly as Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine control group,each of them contained 32 cases and had no significantly different in age,course of disease,severity and symptom scores before being treated(P＞0.05).2.Methods of treatment and observationThe treatment group was given the decoction of Yishenxujing. Usage:Decoct 1 agent per day,and take them 2 times daily,each time for 200ml;the control group was given Progesterone Capsules (Qining),witch was produced by Zhejiang Aisheng Medicine Ltd.Usage:Take them 1 time per day and 2 tablets per time orally.Both groups were taking medicine within 30 days as a course of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,we would carry on statistical analysis and determine efficacy.3.Statistical MethodsT test was used in the measurement data;X² test was used in the count data;Ridit analysis was used in the level data.P＞0.05 indicated no significant difference;P＜0.05 indicated significant difference.All the databases and statistical analyses were set up by SPSS13.0.Results:1.To be compared with the control group,the decoction of Yishenxujing was clinical effective(P＜0.05);2.The comparison of individual symptoms between the two groups showed that there were significantly different efficacies exist(P＜0.05);Control group had a significant efficacy on the symptoms as menstruation delay and irregular BBT,but otherwise it had no significant efficacy on the other symptoms;Treatment group was effective in all of the symptoms;3.After analyzing the influence on efficacy by all of the ages,courses of disease and severities of treatment group,it was found that the efficacies were better if patients were younger,courses of disease were shorter and severities were lighter;4.By testing the serum hormone as E₂,P,FSH and LH,it was found that E₂ and P values in treatment group and P values in control group had effectively raised after treatment(P＜0.05);Other values had no significant changes; 5.By observing the influence on efficacy by the incidence of Perimenopausal period Syndrome of the treatment group.It was showed that the efficacies on people who suffered perimenopausal period syndrome were worse than the efficacies on negative cases.Conclusion:The decoction of Yishenxujing can effectively adjust menstruation delay.If the appropriate time of treatment is mastered,it is expected to defer senility and reduce the incidence of perimenopausal period syndrome.
