| Objective:We focus on the improvement of abdominal pain and irregular menstruation in patients with primary dysmenorrhea by the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation,evaluating the clinical effect of the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal of the type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.To explore the effect mechanism of the action of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation,to provide basis for clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrheal.Methods:From february 2015 to may 2016,all the 68 patients diagnosed with primary dysmenorrheal,clinical syndrome belongs to the kidney and blood stasis type,were selected from Wuhan city hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They all met inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into treatment group of 34 cases and 34 cases in the control group.The treatment group were treated with method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation,while the control group were treated with Chinese Patent Medicine Shaofuzhuyu grain.Both groups have one menstrualcycle as an observation period of treatment,the continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy was compared after the treatment.To observe the method to improve the situation of the total effective rate,clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,dysmenorrhea symptom integral and uterine artery resistance index(RI)and pulse index(PI).Results:1.Comparison of the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group:By statistical analysis,two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that two groups of treatment is effective,and the total effective power of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group.2.Comparison of two groups of the total traditional chinese medicine symptom integral:By statistical analysis,two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that two groups of treatment is effective,and treatment group was superior to control group.3.Comparison of two groups of patients with traditional chinese medicine symptoms:After treatment,two groups through statistical analysis on the degree of abdominal pain,the duration of pain,lumbar debility,menstrual conditions,pulse condition in comparison.The treatment group and the control group compared to the existence of significant differences(P<0.05),treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group;But in cold limbs and states of tongue,the treatment group and the control group have no significant difference(P>0.05).The ruslt suggested that there was no difference in the two groups of treatment.4.The comparison of two groups in uterine artery PI,RI:Two groups to compare before and after the treatment respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),both groups can reduce PI,RI;For the two groups after treatment were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group reduced PI,RI is better than the control group.5.The comparison of the recurrence rate after stopping medication for 3 months: Treatment group recurrence rate was 6.5%,while the control group recurrence rate was 20.0%.Two groups had statistical difference(P < 0.05),showed that the treatment group recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion:Method of tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis is better.It can reduce the patient's uterus artery resistance index and pulsation index of the blood,improve uterine blood flow state,and improve the pelvic blood circulation.So this method could reduce the patient's abdominal pain and the duration of pain.In addition to this,it could significantly improve the patient's menstrual situation and lumbar debility and other symptoms.Tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation cycle is a safe and effective treatment method,worth extending application and clinical research. |
